80~ 90年代,隨著國內（nèi）的焊管廠設（shè）備更新和各類合（hé）資的焊管廠興建,大批（pī）國外製造的焊管機組進入國內,它們分別來自美國日本、德國等西方發達國家,也有（yǒu）來（lái）自我國（guó）台灣省,這些（xiē）焊管機組以生產小（xiǎo）直徑薄壁家具鋼管和（hé）異型管為主在機組引進（jìn）的同時也引進了不少的軋（zhá）輥,許多生產廠家（jiā）反映（yìng）隨主機帶的軋（zhá）輥使用性能優於國內加工的軋（zhá）輥（gǔn）,對於（yú）這種反映在國內焊管的同行中也早有議論，究（jiū）竟原因（yīn）何在，各說不一在珠江三角洲工作的幾年中,有（yǒu）機（jī）會到一些合資的焊管廠（chǎng）參觀，見到不少從國外引進的焊管生產線,接觸到工廠和技術（shù）人員,就一些技（jì）術問（wèn）題進行過交流。有時能看到一些技術（shù）資料，有時還能（néng）到軋輥（gǔn）庫參觀，對（duì）軋輥進行較詳細的觀察,總的印象是,國外的同行很重視焊管的成型方式，盡可能使軋輥在成型中受力分布趨於合（hé）理,也很重視對軋輥孔型設計、配置，材料選擇及加工方法的研究,對軋（zhá）輥的見（jiàn）解有許多獨到之處,這無疑對保證軋輥的質量起到很重要的作用。一些從國外引進的（de）小直徑焊管機組所使用的軋輥,在材料選用、加工方法孔型設計、孔型（xíng）配置及（jí）軋輥外形結構等（děng）方麵的特點,供國內焊管廠和軋輥製造廠借（jiè）鑒,以提高我國焊管軋輥的質量。
During the 1980s and 1990s, with the renovation of domestic welded pipe plants and the construction of joint venture welded pipe plants, a large number of welded pipe sets manufactured abroad entered China. The manufacturer reflects that the roll performance of the main belt is better than that of the domestic processing roll. There has been a long discussion about this reflection among the domestic welded pipe professionals. What is the reason? In the years of working in the Pearl River Delta, different opinions have been expressed. During the years, they have had the opportunity to visit some joint venture welded pipe factories. They have seen many imported welded pipe production lines from abroad, contacted factories and technicians, and made some technical suggestions. Questions were exchanged. Sometimes we can see some technical data, sometimes we can visit the roll warehouse and observe the rolls in detail. The general impression is that foreign colleagues attach great importance to the forming method of welded pipe, make the force distribution of rolls in the forming process more reasonable as far as possible, and also attach great importance to the study of roll pass design, configuration, material selection and processing methods. There are many unique opinions about rolls. Undoubtedly, it plays an important role in ensuring the quality of rolls. Some rolls used in small diameter welded pipe mills imported from abroad have the characteristics of material selection, pass design of processing methods, pass configuration and roll shape structure, which can be used for reference by domestic welded pipe mills and roll mills in order to improve the quality of welded pipe rolls in China.
